Celebrating Baby Boy on the Way
On December 7th, I had the absolute joy of being part of the sweetest baby shower, featuring a fun and interactive baby shower photo booth experience for Amanda and Bert as they prepared to welcome their baby boy!
Hosted at a cozy community clubhouse, this shower brought together around 75 guests—a wonderful mix of friends, family, and lots of little ones. From the moment guests arrived, you could feel the excitement and love surrounding this growing family.
A Beary Adorable Theme
The theme, “We Can Bearly Wait” (how cute is that?!), was carried beautifully throughout the event. Think soft neutrals, teddy bears, and the perfect cozy touches that made everything feel warm and welcoming. It paired perfectly with the light wood aesthetic and created such a timeless look.
A Perfect Setup for the Celebration
Amanda and Bert chose our print event rental, along with the light wood backdrop, which complemented their “We Can Bearly Wait” theme perfectly. The natural tones of the backdrop tied in beautifully with the soft, cozy aesthetic of the shower, creating a warm and inviting space for guests to gather.
The full setup included on-site printing, allowing guests to instantly take home their photo strips as keepsakes. With a clean, modern design and an easy-to-use experience, the booth blended seamlessly into the event while still standing out as a fun and interactive feature.
Props That Brought the Fun
The prop table was a fun and inviting addition that guests couldn’t resist! Styled with playful signs, a sweet teddy bear, and glowing “BABY” marquee letters, it tied in perfectly with the “We Can Bearly Wait” theme.
Guests loved grabbing props, striking a pose, and adding their own personality to each photo. It made the experience even more interactive and gave everyone—kids and adults alike—a chance to get creative and have fun in front of the camera.
Baby Shower Photo Booth Fun (and Then Some!)
The booth was a hit from start to finish! Guests jumped in with friends and family, capturing sweet moments, silly poses, and everything in between. The event was originally scheduled from 2–4 PM, but the fun didn’t stop there… everyone was enjoying it so much that they asked me to stay an extra hour!
That’s always one of my favorite signs that the booth is doing exactly what it’s meant to do—bringing people together and creating lasting memories.
A Meaningful Keepsake for Mom & Dad
One of the most special parts of this event was the 2x6 photo strip album upgrade.
Guests placed their photo strips into the album and wrote heartfelt messages to Amanda and Bert right above them. It turned into such a meaningful keepsake—full of love, encouragement, and memories they’ll be able to look back on for years to come.
Final Thoughts
This baby shower was such a beautiful reminder of what these events are all about—celebrating new life, surrounding loved ones with support, and creating memories that last far beyond the day itself.
